Renting phone numbers in India requires KYC compliance and is available only to India-registered businesses.
INR Account Required: Indian phone numbers are only available to accounts with INR currency. If your account is in USD, you cannot rent Indian numbers. Account currency cannot be changed after creation — you’ll need to create a new INR account.

KYC Documents Required

Certificate of Incorporation Requirements
Your COI must meet these specific requirements:

Submit Compliance Application
- Navigate to Compliance Application
- Click Create Application
- Select India and click Continue
- Upload COI and GST Certificate
- Select business type (Direct Brand or Reseller)
- Submit

- Compliance application links automatically
Resellers
- Ensure end-customer compliance is approved
- During purchase, select the appropriate compliance application
- Application must be approved beforehand
Update Compliance on Existing Numbers
Option 1:
- Go to Active Numbers
- Select numbers
- Click Choose Action > Update Compliance
- Select compliance application
- Save

- Select compliance from dropdown
