New 10DLC Console Experience

This update to the 10DLC console provides an improved user experience and more visibility into the brand and campaign registration process, including status updates via email. You can now view all of the information submitted during the registration process, such as sample messages and message flow, and see detailed error message feedback to understand why a registration failed.
