New 10DLC Console Experience

Recent updates to the 10DLC console provide an improved user experience and more visibility into the entire brand and campaign registration process, including status updates via email.  You can now view all of the information submitted during the registration process, like sample messages and message flow, and see detailed error message feedback to understand why a registration failed.
