Improved Port Out Process with Enhanced Consent Collection

This update enhances our port-out process with improved consent collection and default action configuration. Customers will be notified to confirm their decisions on port-out requests and receive status updates. Automatic responses for unacknowledged requests will default to stopping the transfer. Additionally, customers will be notified when a Firm Order Commitment (FOC) date is assigned for local number port-outs, ensuring clear timeline visibility.
