We’ve upgraded our Answer Machine Detection feature to offer greater precision and customization. New settings include Maximum Speech Length, Initial Silence, Maximum Words, Initial Greeting, and Silence, allowing you to fine-tune call handling based on speech length, response timing, and greeting durations. These enhancements provide improved accuracy in distinguishing between machine and human responses and tailoring communication strategies to your business needs.
