Elevating Call Integrity with STIR/SHAKEN: New Attestation B for Verified Numbers

With this update, Plivo is enhancing its STIR/SHAKEN attestation process for outbound calls in the US. This update introduces Attestation B for non-Plivo US numbers verified via the Plivo Verified Caller ID, elevating their trustworthiness. Plivo rented numbers will continue to receive Attestation A, while unverified non-Plivo numbers will remain at Attestation C. This enhancement ensures higher call integrity and reduces the risk of calls being flagged as spam. For more information, please refer to our developer documentation.
