DND for Short Codes Now Supported by Plivo

With this update, Plivo now supports Do Not Disturb (DND) for short code numbers. Similar to long code and toll-free numbers, if a customer responds with any keyword related to opting out of a messaging campaign (e.g., 'STOP', 'END'), Plivo will automatically detect this and block future messages to that customer.
